Licence Condition
The licensee must complete a concept design for a plant upgrade. The licensee must submit a report to the EPA by 30 June 2018, including the scope of works, construction cost and delivery timeframe for the upgrade. All notifications and submissions must be made to the EPA Director - Hunter, electronically to hunter.region@epa.nsw.gov.au or by post to PO Box 488G, Newcastle, NSW, 2300. Note: The EPA intends to include further requirements for the completion of detail design and commissioning of the plant upgrade after the concept design has been completed and the scope of work and delivery timeframe is more certain.
